I had a stress fracture earlier this year that stopped me from running so I started walking every morning for an hour before my daughter woke up. Its become so important to my mental health (when I’m anxious, I walk - when I need clarity, I walk, etc) that I have continued walking even after I got the go ahead to start running again.
Love the questions, but also the powerful reminder to walk. Been needing to do that more recently
